HONORING THE LOVE THAT GUIDES US

Sunday morning is quiet, and today carries a very deep meaning. It is Father's Day. It is a special day to celebrate guidance, strength, and the lasting foundations built by the men who shape our lives. 

For me, this morning starts out on the yoga mat at dawn, looking out over the waking city. My thoughts are completely with my dad in heaven today, as well as every single father out there doing the hard work of supporting and guiding their families. 

Even when the fathers we love are no longer with us physically, the lessons they taught us and the values they gave us stay locked in our hearts. Today, take a quiet moment to remember, appreciate, and carry that guiding strength forward into everything you do. Happy Father's Day.
