The Person at the Bottom

There is a kind of learning you cannot get from the top. You only get it from being close to the work, close to the problem, close to the ground.

I have done my share of small, unglamorous tasks. The ones nobody notices. The ones that feel too ordinary to matter. And I can tell you honestly, those seasons taught me more than any big moment ever did.

When you are at the bottom, you see how things really work. You notice what breaks, where the gaps are, what people actually need. That knowledge stays with you. It becomes the foundation everything else is built on.

So do the best you can in every task, no matter how unimportant it may seem at the time. No one learns more about a problem than the person at the bottom.

If that is where you are right now, do not rush past it. Learn everything.
