A BALANCED PERSPECTIVE

It is Sunday morning. The sun is shining brightly through the windows, filling the living room with warm light. I just finished some yoga and meditation, and now I am standing here with a refreshing glass of water, looking out at the city view.

It is easy to fall into a trap where we think our lives are either completely perfect or totally failing. But real life does not happen at the extremes. It happens right in the middle.
A good day does not mean you have zero problems or that your work is flawless. It just means you choose to notice what is going right. When you slow down, stretch, and take a quiet breath, your view shifts.

Take a look around you today. Things might not be perfect, but when you look closely at the good things, you realize they aren't half bad. Find your balance today.
