THE SECRET TO A QUIET HEART
It is Thursday. Looking out at the wide city view today, I am reminding myself to slow down and practice gratitude.
It is so easy to focus on what we lack or what is stressing us out. We often think peace will only come after we fix every single problem or reach the next big goal. But real calm does not work that way. It starts when we choose to appreciate what is already here right now.
A thankful heart changes how you see your day. It pushes away anxiety and settles your mind. It creates a quiet space inside you that the busy world cannot disrupt.
Stop for a moment and find just one small thing to be grateful for today. Your heart will thank you for it.
