A FRESH PERSPECTIVE FROM THE CHAIR

I spent some time at the barber shop yesterday. Sitting in that chair forces you to slow down. My barber sees all kinds of people every single day. We got into a great conversation about how complicated we make our lives. We overthink our problems and build up stress over things we cannot control. 

Talking to someone outside my usual circle gave me a whole new view. It reminded me that truth is usually very basic. When life feels heavy you just need a grounded conversation to clear away the noise.
