There is a unique weight to Good Friday. It is a day that demands we stop, look inward, and acknowledge the cost of the path we walk. Here in Winnipeg, as we finally step into the first days of April, the quietness of the city today feels intentional. It’s a collective pause that allows for deep, honest recalibration.

Meaningful progress is rarely a straight line of constant noise and visible wins. Often, the most important work happens in the silence—in the moments where we decide what needs to be set aside so that better things can grow. Whether you observe the day spiritually or simply as a moment of rest, use this stillness to audit your alignment.

Are your sacrifices serving your highest purpose? Are you protecting the peace required to see clearly? Today, I’m choosing to lean into the quiet. I’m reflecting on the journey and the grace required to keep going. Take the time to be still today; the noise will still be there tomorrow.
